Manchester Pub NYC

We have always been known for offering the best selection of craft beers in Midtown East.  On December 2, 2010, we finally were able to do something we have wanted to do since taking over ownership of the Manchester two years ago; we paired great craft beer with fine(r) dining when we combined the beers of Peak Organic Brewing Company and the culinary skills of Chef Matthew Garelick.  We completely sold out all our seatings for the dinners, so it was great to see such support for events like this.  As you see from the pictures to come, I think it was a complete success.

I’d like to thank Mike Cadoux from Peak Organic and Chef Matt for executing the event brilliantly, and I’d like to thank Larry Westler of Larry Westler Photography (ultra-talented, supremely professional) for capturing it all.  I’d be remiss not to mention that this seems like a Hunter College High School production, as Matt, Larry, Hudson and I are all from its Class of 1999.  I also want to thank everyone who came out and enjoyed this first dinner with us.  We will have more of these Beer Tasting Dinners in the future, so the best way to keep updated is via our Facebook, Twitter or Email Newsletter.
