Tuthilltown Cocktail Hors D'oeuvres with Hudson Manhattan

We closed out 2011 by celebrating the 3rd year of our ownership of the Manchester Pub, and we featured a 5-course Beer and Whiskey pairing dinner featuring Captain Lawrence and Hudson Whiskey.  It was an incredible night of food and drink, and a good time was enjoyed by all.

A lot of thanks need to be given out for that night.  First, these photos that you see from the night are taken by Larry Westler of Larry Westler Photography.  He is ultra-talented and a very diligent and hard worker.  I highly recommend him for your photography projects.

Second, to Chef Matthew Garelick, who continues to lead our charge in the Manchester Pub kitchen.  He is the sous chef at the acclaimed Wall and Water Restaurant, and he is also our Chef Consultant here at the Manchester Pub.  Our successful Beer Dinner series has reached it’s 1 year anniversary, and we couldn’t have done it with out Matt, who was our lead chef on most of these beer dinners.  And Chef couldn’t have done it without his support: Chefs Chris Hamil and Peter Ilch.  A special shout out goes to Chris, as he has been working at our beer dinners since our beginning, and you will soon see him lead one as well.

And lastly, we thank every single one of our customers at the Manchester Pub.  We got through 3 years in the business on your support.  2012 will bring more great events such as the continuation of our Beer Dinner series, and we hope to see you all then.
