We had so much fun at our “NYC Born & Raised” 5-Course Beer Tasting Dinner featuring Brooklyn Brewery.  First, big thanks to Larry Westler for memorializing the night with these fantastic photos (seriously, if you need photography work, hire him).  Thanks to Chef Matthew Garelick for leading another great beer dinner, as well as Chef de Cuisine Chris Hamil and Sous Chefs Connie Sun and Ashley Epps.  And most of all, thanks to Brooklyn Brewery for their tremendous support of this event.  Brian Duprey was fantastic at working with us every step of the way on this pairing dinner, and Brewmaster Garrett Oliver was absolutely charming and generous with his time in his appearance at our tasting.

Lastly, thank you all for continuing to support our Craft Beer Tasting Dinner series.  They are my favorite events in showing our goal of pairing great food with great beer at the Manchester Pub, and I appreciate you all sharing in that experience.  Our next beer dinner will be on September 21, 2011, and will have Dogfish Head as the featured brewery.

The Pork Pyramid (aka Degustation of Pork)

Tasting of Heirloom Tomatoes

Thanks to Chef Matt and Garrett Oliver!
