Chili Soft Shell Crab Ramen

We all know by now that Asians Love Dog(fish Head Ales) right?  And why not?  Dogfish Head has long been a true craft beer love favorite, popular amongst hardcore craft fans and newbies alike.  So it was no surprise that when we asked our customers which brewery they would like to see us pair up with for a beer dinner, the overwhelming feedback was Dogfish Head.

Big shout out to Chef Connie Sun of Bite Size Kitchen for an incredible Asian-inspired dinner, and for Chris Valente of Dogfish for hosting a wonderful night.  Diners experienced some incredible pairings, such as Beer Battered Oysters paired with My Antonia, Chili Soft Shell Crab Ramen with 90 Minute IPA and Char Siu Steamed Buns with Indian Brown Ale.
